CPF Tools customer relationship management (CRM) functionality helps solar professionals track their sales cycles from a lead through close. Users can log in from anywhere and even create proposals right in a customer’s home.

Our quick quotes feature let users assess the viability of solar for a potential customer and give an initial estimate. Solar professionals can then use a simple template to create a professional, signature-ready proposal that highlights their brand. The bottom line feature makes it easy for the homeowner to see the system price and other key metrics, and to see those metrics change with various financing options. We keep track of nationwide utility rates, rebates and incentives so CPF Tools users have the most up-to-date data to include in their proposals.

Design smarter.
Solar professionals can select preferred CEC-approved equipment from our database and use the string sizing optimizer to choose the best combination of modules, inverters and strings. We collaborated with Solmetric to offer integration of their shading analysis and performance modeling software, and CPF Tools also features a Solmetric site measurement tool that automatically calculates critical site measurements, such as area and azimuth.
