Technical Security Measures

• Clean Power Finance owns its servers and does not outsource data management, so your data remains private and secure.
• Clean Power Finance servers are located in a physically secure facility in Silicon Valley that is hardened against power outages and earth movements.
• CPF Tools data is backed up on a daily basis to backup storage facilities geographically distant from our servers in Silicon Valley.
• All connections to CPF Tools are encrypted using SSL or Secured Sockets Layer to ensure your activities at our site remain private and secure. You can verify this by looking for the lock icon in your browser.
• All passwords in CPF Tools are stored using MD5 hash encryption. This makes it impossible for anyone to determine your password, including CPF staff.
