At Clean Power Finance, our mission is to drive the mass-market adoption of residential solar. We provide software and financial services to residential solar companies so they can operate more efficiently and profitably.
We operate an online business-to-business platform for residential solar financing. It connects companies that sell, install and finance solar.
- Investors & Lenders invest in residential solar assets that provide reliable rates of return with managed risk
- Solar Professionals expand their addressable customer base and close more sales by offering consumers affordable choices to access solar power for their homes
- Distributors & Manufacturers create channel loyalty and sell more equipment
The platform hosts the largest selection of finance products from a variety of fund investors. Major electric power companies, financial institutions (Morgan Stanley) and corporations (Google, Inc.) use CPF to invest in residential solar. Consistent underwriting and asset management generates returns for investors and energy for homeowners.
Clean Power Finance manages half a billion dollars of third-party owned project financing on behalf of our solar investors.
CPF Tools, our solar SaaS platform, provides our industry partners with reliability, scalability and velocity to expand their businesses.
We work with more than 250 solar businesses in the United States. Qualified solar partners can access third-party solar financing in nine states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, and New York.
